The Service Technician is a ten-character code used to refer to a techncian or mechanic.  The technician code can be assigned to a service item entry or to a labor line in Service Order entry.  In Service Technician Maintenance you can setup default values specific to the service technician and see the history associated with the Technician Service information.  Service Technician Code and Service Technician Name are covered on the Service Technician Maintenance - Main Tab.
