The Service Technician Maintenance History Tab is similar to the Sales Person Maintenance History Tab. However, it displays information pertaining to Service Technicians.
Wty Hours - This field displays the number of Wty Hours the technician worked during the month for the defined period and fiscal year. The total or all the period Wty Hours is displayed in the Total Row.
Non-Wty Hours - This field displays the number of Non-Wty Hours the technician worked during the defined period and fiscal year. The total or all the period Non-Wty Hours is displayed in the Total Row.
Wty Labor Cost - This field displays the amount for the Wty Labor Cost for the technician during the defined period and fiscal year. The total or all the period Wty Labor Cost is displayed in the Total Row.
Non-Wty Labor Cost - This field displays the amount for the Non-Wty Labor Cost for the technician during the defined period and fiscal year. The total or all the period Non-Wty Labor Cost is displayed in the Total Row.
Labor Sales - This field displays the amount for the Wty Labor Cost for the technician during the defined period and fiscal year. The total or all the period Wty Labor Cost is displayed in the Total Row.
