Navigation:  Sage 100 ERP Integrations > Inventory Management > Service Orders for Item

A new feature is added to the Orders panel for the Item Maintenance and Item Inquiry.  If you click the Service Orders button, a list of all the service orders with this item code on them will be display.  You can click the Zoom button to drill into the service order for more detail.  This list shows the orders where this item is being sold or returned, not where it is being repaired.  If you wish to view where a particular item is being repaired, use the Service Item Entry lookup in the Service Order Entry.
