At the time of delivery, ASI warrants its software, when used properly, shall perform substantially in accordance with the documentation, and that the software has been provided in a proper and professional manner.  ASI does not warrant or represent that the use of the software will be uninterrupted and without error.  User agrees to notify ASI of any software-related errors or defects within ninety (90) business days of delivery.  ASI may, at its sole discretion, correct the error or defect by reworking the original task, modification of the implemented software or issuing a credit on the users account not to exceed the original purchase price of the software.

ASI will have no responsibility under this warranty for any software or data that has been modified, lost, stolen or damaged by accident, abuse or misuse.
