Who would have guessed that social media would stick around and become such an integral part of our everyday lives?  We didn’t!  We thought it was just a fad and certainly would never have any business applications.  Yet, as the article below points out, it now is even an integrated part of most CRM systems, and people are getting really clever with how they use it.
