New Sage 100 AI Help Agent
Sage has announced that they will soon launch an AI Help Agent within Sage 100. The initial release will focus on answering common how-to questions such as “How do I reverse a check,” “How do I fix a bank reconciliation imbalance,” and similar queries.
While it’s still a work in progress, there’s an online version of the AI Help Agent tool that’s live now and available for testing.
Currently, it’s largely limited to providing answers derived from the Sage 100 Help files. Eventually, the Help Agent will likely expand its reach to the Sage Knowledgebase and more broadly on the web. But for now, it’s a pretty handy way to get quick and easy answers to common challenges and step by step processes in Sage 100.
Sage 100 2026 Expected in April
Sage recently posted an update highlighting new features expected with the release of Sage 100 2026 in April. It looks like a nice range of enhancements across Inventory, Sales Order, Accounts Receivable, and Paperless Office.
